What happens at a drop-in hearing clinic

Visiting our clinic is quick and easy. At your appointment, we will:

• Perform a hearing screening to check your range of hearing and identify any difficulties.
• Use a modern video otoscope to examine your ear canal and assess ear health.
• Offer advice on ear wax removal, including manual extraction if needed.
• Demonstrate different hearing aids to help you find the best solution for your lifestyle.
• Provide expert guidance on maintaining optimal hearing health and care.

These full hearing assessments typically take less than an hour, with the consultation checking all aspects of your inner ears and diagnosing any potential problems contributing to hearing loss.

During your appointment, we will assess whether background noise is affecting your ability to hear clearly and discuss possible solutions. Our clinics also offer guidance on earwax removal if excessive earwax is detected.
